Presentation Views Group
Normal
This is the default view of the presentation, it has a slide on the screen on which we work or add content to the presentation. There is a panel on the left side of the screen called the left panel which has a slide and an outline.
Slide Sorter
In this view, all the slides of the presentation are shown in small form on the screen, which we can apply with the help of the mouse in the desired order.
Notes Page
In this view the slide is shown with its notes.
Slide Show
With this option, the presentation is slideshowed or run on full screen with animation effects.
Slide Master
Slide master is used in presentation to add content (such as picture) at once on all slides with the same slide layout.
Handout Master
With this option we can add any content (such as text) to all handouts on the handout page used to print the slide.
Notes Master
With this option, we can write any common text on all the notes page at once.
Show/Hide Group
Ruler
It is used to hide or show the rulerbar.
Grid-lines
With this option, gridlines are visible or hidden on the slide.
Message Bar
With this option, the message bar is shown or hidden.
Zoom Group
Zoom
With this option the zooming of the slide is done more or less. And maximum zooming of the slide is 400% and minimum zooming is 10%.
Fit to Window
Clicking on this option, the zooming of the slide automatically adjusts and fits on the screen.
Color/Grayscale Group
Color
The slide remains colorful when this option is activated.
Grayscale
With this option activated, the slide is shown in the black and white shading, but only the color show will be shown in the slide show.
Pure Black and White
With this option activated, the slide pure black and white is shown, but only colorful will be shown in the slide show.
Window Group
New Window
With this option, duplicate windows of the current file window can be created.
Arrange All
With this option, you can view more than one Windows of the powerpoint presentation file simultaneously in screen order.
Switch Windows
With this option, we can easily move from one file window to another file window.
Macros Group
Macro
With this option, any activity can be recorded in the presentation.
