  Contents of PowerPoint Presentation The following are the contents of a PowerPoint presentation. Such as - Slide, Place Holder, Slide Layout, Outline, Notes Page and Handout. Slide Slide is the most important content of a presentation. In which we keep the content through which we present a topic. We can add the following content like - Text, Audio Clip, Video Clip, Picture, Charts etc. Place Holder Place holders are those dotted rectangles made in slides, to which text, audio clips, video clips, pictures, charts, etc. are added. Slide Layout  The layout of the slide is made based on different arrangement of place holder. Outline This is found in the left panel in the program window, in which only the text written in the presentation is shown, no graphic or picture. Notes Page It is used to write notes for a slide and it can also be printed along with the slide for the audience. Handout Handouts are used to print more than one slide on a page.

 

Review Tab Proofing Group  Spelling (F7) This option is used to identify uncorrected spelling or grammar in the file and correct them.   Research (Alt+Click) This option is used to find synonyms and antonyms.   Thesaurus(Shift+F7) This option is also used to find synonyms and antonyms. But language is the default.   Translate Language This option is used to change the English language words to France or Spanish.   Comments Group Show Markup This option is used to hide / show comments or other markup.   New Comment This option is used to write a comment text related to a word or sentence on a slide.   Edit Comment With this option, the current comment is edited, ie the current comment is changed.   Delete This option is used to delete a selected comment. Previous With this option, we arrive at the previous comment from the current comment. Next With this option, we move from the current comment to the next comment.   Protect Group Protect Pres...
